What is your appointment deposit policy/cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time or you do not show for your appointment, we will apply a $50 late/cancellation fee.
This policy is similar to that of a doctors office, hair stylist, or your local spa. You will be asked to provide a refundable deposit upon booking your appointment and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We understand that you may be running late for your appointment. Please contact us to let us know of your late arrival so that we may accommodate as best as we can. We consider a no show if you have not arrived or notified us of your late arrival within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of your appointment.
Masks and Face Coverings
All guests are required to wear a mask or face covering that should cover your nose, mouth and chin without gaping. If someone does not have a mask then masks are available to purchase.
Can I wear a face shield instead of a mask or face covering during the COVID-19 pandemic in your store?
No. Face shields do not replace masks or face coverings.
A face shield is used to protect the eyes of the person wearing it. Using a face shield without a mask won't protect:
• you from potentially inhaling infectious respiratory droplets exhaled by others
• others from your infectious respiratory droplets, as they can escape around the face shield
