WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS ARE PERMITTED BASED ON STAFF AND SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY ONLY.


The best way to be guaranteed store entry is to book an appointment. 


Appointments include one of our private showrooms, a personal bridal consultant, and comfortable seating for your guests.


Each appointment can allow for a MAX OF 5 GUESTS including the person booking. 


For example: The BRIDE + 4 guests MAX.


Our appointments include undivided attention with a one-on-one consultant in a semi-private fitting room. Initial appointments are a full hour and we save 15-30 minutes at the end of each appointment to wrap up any sizing and order details.


You and your party will browse our selection of over 850 wedding gowns where we begin with 4 to 5 wedding dresses of the bride's choosing and our expert stylists will handpick additional dresses that are carefully selected to complement the bride's unique shape and personal style.


If you fall in love (again!) then we take your measurements and decide on the best size together via the designer size chart. Then, of course, we celebrate! 


Your wedding dress is a very special purchase so we only recommend the very best when it comes to alterations.  


Annette's Bridal works with very talented seamstresses who have extensive experience in wedding dress alterations. 


Once you have chosen your wedding dress from our collection, we will happily supply you with a list of experienced seamstresses near you. Alterations are an additional cost our clients are responsible for.

  2. Our stock dresses may have been tried on in our store and alterations and spot-cleaning/dry cleaning may be required. 
  3. By purchasing a stock dress you understand and are agreeing to accept the item in its current condition.

Return and Refund Policy

OFF-THE-RACK SALES

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  2. The current condition of the items are noted in the notes or discussed in person at the time of purchase
  3. The stock dress may have been tried on in our store and alterations and spot-cleaning/dry cleaning may be required at customers cost.
  4. Measurements of the gown are noted in the product description. *Please note that these measurements may have slight variance as each designer has their own size chart and fit and ease/stretch varies depending on the design of the gown. 
  5. By purchasing a stock dress from our store you understand and are agreeing to receive the item in the condition as is. 
  6. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping/alterations costs.
  7. All items on the website are FINAL SALE and refunds/exchanges/returns are not accepted. 


SALES AGREEMENT - NEW ORDERS

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: An ordered dress cannot be cancelled, changed or returned to the manufacturer once the order is placed, and the balance is due upon the item arriving in the store. All deposits are non-refundable.  
  2. ALTERATIONS: Manufacturers do not guarantee fit or ease to their garments as cut and fit may vary due to the design of the garment. Garments are not ordered exactly to your measurements but to the manufacturer's size chart. You are measured by qualified staff. By agreeing to this process you also agree with the measurements being accurate and these will be noted on the order form. You have the option of measuring yourself which will be noted on your order sheet. We recommend choosing the size to match the largest point of the body and then having the garment altered to fit your own body shape. Alterations are usually required which are done off premises at an extra cost. You are free to select any seamstress or use our list of referrals.  It is understood the consultant is there to provide information guidance only and that the size selected is the one that you feel most comfortable with.  The store is not responsible for any change in your personal shape or measurements that may occur after you have been measured. 
  3. DELIVERY OF ITEMS: Delivery time frames are not guaranteed, and the delivery date is an estimate from the manufacturer. The store cannot be held liable for any late deliveries that are beyond our control due to strikes, customs inspection, weather, etc. We are not responsible for changes in size, pregnancy, canceled weddings, events or personal situations which may arise. Should there be any questions regarding fit or quality issues this must be done before the ordered garment leaves the store and you will be re-measured as well as the garment to ensure accuracy in any situation so that it can be resolved.  
  4. PICKUPS/STORAGE: You will be called and/or emailed when your order arrives, you have 10 business days to pick up and pay the balance in full. If you cannot pick up your item, it is possible to have another person do this for you with written consent. An additional monthly fee of $10+TAX per special occasion dress and $25+TAX per bridal gown will be incurred for a late balance payment which includes storage service. Any mistakes in arithmetic are subject to correction and you are legally obligated to pay any money due upon correction.


THIS POLICY IS A BINDING AGREEMENT AND BY SIGNING THIS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THE TERM & CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT AND THAT YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
